STS Tyres (PTY) Ltd was established in 2008. STS Tyres with its 100% black ownership, 48% black female ownership and 74% black youth is a privately owned company driven by entrepreneurial spirit. The company has put in place an extremely effective sales network backed up by a prompt installation team for immediate after sales support. In a short period of time the Company has established a reputable client base. STS Tyres offers OTR tyres and all other OTR related products both Nationally and Internationally.
This resulted in the Company offering, new tyres, Special Importation of tyres per demand, Refurbished OTR Rims, tyre protection chains, onsite tyre service and breakdown Services.
FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS
STS Tyres is a has a world class tyre repair facility. It is a specialized facility doing vulcanized repairs to OTR tyres utilising top preferred and tested materials abiding by strict strict manufacturer specifications. Through diverse knowledge and expertise and a large demand from our customer base, STS Rubber Company was then established to facilitate the rehabilitation of rejected-OTR and Non OTR tyres at its Waste Tyre Facility. This is done in accordance with the ISO9001, –ISO14001 and ISO45001 internationally accredited and renown standards.

STS Tyres is focused on future development in underground mining and the services to all and any needs required by new customers with the establishment of new facilities in Steelpoort and Rustenburg we can service the needs of a customer base in and around the area with all requirements including all aspects of underground mining services that include tyre pressing and tyre fill plants. With the acquirement of new contracts in underground mining we were able to diversify and grow our field of expertise and employment both in the northern regions and Norther Cape areas and with these contracts we are also more capable in servicing other underground mines with both product and services. The development phase according to the customer requirements and needs.
